Due to my Brewers Bash related injury, I could still barely get in and out of Truck when I arrived at my game last night. I played a few innings in the field and had a few more pathetic than usual kicks. It was a very painful experience. I woke up this morning and my back feels almost as good as normal.
Who needs a doctor when you have kickball?

What exactly happened after you slid down the railing and dear god, why did that seem like a good idea?? (Beer nonwithstanding)

Also, sometimes moving around helps relieve pain. I'm glad you are feeling better.

The middle of my back hit the corner of a step. I knew I was going over so I kept my head and my drink up.
I knew it wasn't a good idea before I did it. I just didn't want to walk down the steps.
