His sacks are definitely a combo of bad line play and him holding onto the ball too long. What I see (and this is all personal opinion) is a QB that isn't very confident and is tightening his asshole more and more every week. I think the pressure has gotten too him and he def needs to loosen up as a player. He is afraid of making mistakes, and that's the kiss of death for a qb.
As for the play calling argument - The play calling might not be the best, but we have no idea what's going on behind the scenes and what went down on Wednesday's practice, or what they saw on film, etc. I think placing the blame on the play calling is presumptive and pure conjecture. Its not as easy saying "throw a slant".
Favre is better than Rodgers.
The Vikings have a pretty damn good D - the Packers do not.
The Vikings have a much better running back and o-line.
Vikings have a better return game.
It isn't a surprise that the Packers lost to the Vikings twice this season. They are a year away from going 6-10, first year in the 3-4 defense, and ARodg has yet to beat a team with a winning record.

Amen. Spot on.

*** Don't hate me cuz you ain't me ***

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you, and you may call us VI.

But to not defend him is a crime. He is a good, young QB. We defended Favre when everyone said he suck and was turnover prone right? I don't think there was a single person from MN that would've said they liked Favre before he put on the purple. Rodgers is our QB and who cares who's any other teams unless it's in fantasy football. Nuff said.

I feel(and this is my opinion) that McCarthy is a bum. He can't get people hype to play in big games. That's his job:motivation and guidance right? He's the one calling the deep bombs all game putting Rodgers in bad spots to get sacked. Yesterday I saw 3 times on 3rd and short-outside men do fade patterns and a TE hook. Are you kidding me? Pee Wee league can defend that....but the Packers defense can't though.

Can somebody, anybody just go and kick the living shit outta Barberie please? Why is this man allowed to wear a football jersey? My old ball coach would've made a mockery outta this titty-bumping loser. He is not a good football player.

I think we can all agree that Chicago still has a horrible QB, even after they thought they got a pro-bowl caliber one in the off season.

Suck it BEARS!

That is the funniest thing I have read in a long, long time. But, I do have to say, nothing is funnier than this little nugget I have saved in my favorites whenever someone pisses me off with a comment about Favre and the Packers........
