The feargrounds at the Waukesha Airport has three houses. The first one is good (Morgan Mansion?), the other two kind of suck. I also think there are a lot of teenage girls that you could fondle, because there are a number schools near by. The Haunted Woods in Big Bend has been pretty good in years past.
