I'm new to Madison but not kickball, I actually founded and ran the Oregon Kickball Club (www.oregonkickball.com) out west. It was hard for me to leave my kickball brethren but I was comforted to see there's a league here.
About me, I'm 33, just moved to Madison with my girlfriend (who is a native), not in the best shape of my life, but I've been playing kickball for four years and know my way around the basepaths.
Our club was quite competitive so I believe I'd be most at home in the "Regular Rules" division. If you have a spot on your team that would be really great, I'd love the chance to meet some people in town and also wail on that big red rubber ball.
Also if any of you remember Emily Gardner, I believe she played in the Milwaukee league before moving out west, I'm friends with her as well!
You might want to shoot Mike an email at webmaster@ghpro.net as he runs the Madison division and can probably get ya hooked up with a team. The Madison message board kind of lags sometimes vs the other ones. Is that Emily from Pink Ladeez fame BTW?
Are you still looking for a team? We just lost one of our new teamates and were going to try to get buy for the season, but would hate to hear you did not land on a team.
Let me know.

Lets consider the source here, Barn is banned from every petting zoo in the tri-state area, and is notorious in the farming community for is ill treatment of animals. You would be hard pressed to find a farmer out there that has not chased a bare assed Barn off their property, after catching him in one of his late night rendezvous. Sure he says he "loves" them, but not in the way we were ment to love animals.
Here is a glimpse of who this is coming from granted, this is only an artists rendition of what Barn looks like, it is very accurate.
